Whistleblower

We represent employees who blow the whistle on illegal and/or unsafe activities at work who then face retaliation. Retaliation can take many forms and include a pay reduction, a demotion, and the ultimate insult – a termination of employment. We have successfully represented individual whistleblower employees in Washington courts, including the Supreme Court. See Ellis v. City of Seattle, 142 Wn.2d 450, 13 P.3d 1065 (2000). This case is more fully described in the “About Us” page.

If you believe you are receiving negative treatment from your employer in retaliation for having blown the whistle on unlawful or unsafe activity at work, please contact us.
