Services

We provide legal services to clients on both an hourly fee and on a contingency fee basis. The type of fee schedule appropriate for your case depends on several factors. We understand that recently discharged employees, in particular, are often not in a financial position to support litigation by paying attorney fees through to trial.

However before litigation commences, each of our clients is responsible to contribute to the cost of the case by paying a retainer. The amount required will be determined by the character of the case itself and will be discussed with the client prior to filing a lawsuit. Class action representatives are exempt from this requirement.
